How It Works

Air is supplied from a main buffer tank through a pilot-operated solenoid valve. When the solenoid opens, pressure builds inside the air blow valve, lifting the valve plug and delivering a strong air stream into the pipeline or tank. After a set time, the solenoid closes, pressure drops, and the spring returns the plug to its original position. This cycle repeats at intervals, emptying pipelines of liquid or agitating tank contents for optimal cleaning and mixing.
