KIEPE offers original Alfa Laval DV-ST Diaphragm Valves spare parts. The valve's diaphragms are selected based on the application, considering different working conditions such as working pressure, application temperatures and process fluids (product, cleaning liquid, sterilization, passivation ...)
The valve's diaphragms are available in hard and soft elastomers. The soft elastomers are suitable for most applications and high working temperatures. while the hard elastomers are distinguished for their high degree of chemical resistance.

How to identify spare parts for Alfa Laval DV-ST diaphragm valve using diaphragm tab?
Alfa Laval's DV-ST diaphragm valves are designed with cast valve bodies that optimize flow by using smaller diaphragms and topworks relative to the valve pipe dimensions. The topworks can be either pneumatic or manual, providing the advantage of a slim and lightweight valve design.
To identify the correct spare parts, you can refer to the diaphragm tab. As you can see on the image below., this tab indicates the specific size of the diaphragm and the corresponding topwork required for the valve.
